Retail & Online Orders

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Wedding & Seer Bakshanam Orders

Wedding orders, bulk orders, and custom Seer Bakshanam orders are prepared according to the agreed production and delivery schedule communicated during order confirmation.

All wedding orders require advance booking.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines vary based on the destination and courier service availability.

Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

Visheshangal shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

For wedding, bulk, and custom orders, shipping charges may be quoted separately based on delivery location, order volume, and packaging requirements.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the shipment status through the courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery of Perishable Products

As our products are food items, customers are requested to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery address.

Visheshangal shall not be responsible for product quality issues arising from delayed acceptance, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts by the courier partner.
