Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
At Visheshangal, we take pride in preparing fresh sweets, savouries, and Seer Bakshanam products using premium ingredients. As our products are food items and often made-to-order, the following policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Regular Online Orders
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been processed, packed, prepared, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Wedding Orders & Seer Bakshanam Orders
Wedding orders, Seer Bakshanam orders, bulk orders, and custom-made orders may be cancelled up to 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
Cancellation requests received within 3 days of the delivery date will not be eligible for cancellation or refund, as ingredients, production schedules, and packaging arrangements would have already been finalized.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Visheshangal does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any products or orders. All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods available on our website.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
- Approved cancellations made within the eligible cancellation period.
- Products received in a damaged condition during transit.
- Incorrect products delivered by Visheshangal.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
3. Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food products and food safety regulations, sweets, savouries, halwa, Seer Bakshanam items, gift boxes, and other edible products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.
However, we may offer a replacement or refund if:
- The product is delivered in a damaged condition.
- The wrong product is delivered.
- The package is tampered with during transit.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
- A clear unboxing video and photographs showing the issue must be shared with our support team.
4. Return & Claim Process
To raise a claim, please contact our customer support team with:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Contact Number
- Photographs of the product
- Unboxing Video (mandatory for damage claims)
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If the claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
